General Shipping Information: All orders ship from our candy store in Newport, Oregon. We process most orders within 48 hours after they’re placed. However, during peak holiday times such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Halloween, and Christmas, additional handling times may occur due to increased order volume.
All orders are processed on business days, which are defined as Monday through Friday. Transit times are also based on business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends, and our shipping partners do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
What shipping options are available?
We try to offer our customers the most efficient and affordable shipping options to get your favorite candy delivered to your door. The following shipping options are available for you at the checkout:
- Ground - delivery within 2 to 5 business days.
- 3-Day Air - delivery within 3 business days.
- 2nd Day Air - delivery within 2 business days.
- Next Day Air - delivery within 1 business day.
- APO/FPO - United States Postal Service delivery for our military customers.
Business days are defined as Monday - Friday. We do not ship orders on weekends. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
We love our armed services and they love our candy, so the answer is yes! All orders going to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Choose the appropriate military shipping option at the checkout and we’ll take care of the rest. By the way, thank you for your service to our great country!

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, once your purchase reaches $79.00 we ship to you at no charge.
What do I do if my order arrived damaged or something is missing?
First thing, don’t fret! Second, let us know right away. In the unfortunate event your order arrives damaged give us a call at 1-541-265-2075. One of our customer service representatives will take some information that is necessary for us to file a damage claim, in addition to asking you to take photos of the package and the damaged items. We will then file a damage claim with the shipping carrier. You will be notified, after the claim was processed, as to whether we will issue a refund or reship your order.
Please note: all damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
All claims of order shortage must be reported within 48 hours of package being delivered. You must contact us within that timeframe so we can review the pulling and packing videos and report our findings. Any shortage claim not made within 48 hours is a void claim.
Where’s my order? It hasn’t arrived yet!
Oh no! First thing, check your email for the confirmation you received once your order shipped. You will find it contains a tracking number that you can use to track your package. You’ll be able to track the progress of your order from the time it left our warehouse until it’s out for delivery by your friendly delivery person.
If your tracking number shows your package was delivered, but you didn’t receive it, check with your neighbors, or if you live in an apartment, check your building office. If you still can’t find your package, please call us at 1-541-265-2075 so we can have a trace put on your package.
If you did not receive an email from us with a tracking number, check your spam folder or contact us at 1-541-265-2075 and we’ll be glad to help.
Should I order chocolate and gummy candy during the hot summer?
Simply put… no! Chocolate, gummies, meltable candy and warm temperatures just don’t go well together and to be honest with you, we don’t want you to order these types of sweets during these months.
Any candy you order is subject to melting, and even more so in the delivery trucks. Neither is the porch the delivery driver is going to leave your order on a hot July afternoon.
We do offer ice packs that can help keep your order cool, but these are still subject to heat and are not guaranteed to keep your candy from melting. If you think it’s hot enough that your candy will arrive melted, chances are it will! We do not offer refunds or credit for any candy that arrives melted. So order wisely. If it arrives put it in the refrigerator for several hours to cool & firm up. Then remove and allow to return to room temperature to enjoy. Always store out of the sun and in a cool location.
