2 Kids Candy is located on the beautiful waterfront in Newport, Oregon, on the Pacific Coast, just steps away from the water and our local fishing fleet.

Our retail store is open daily:

Summer Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Off Season Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

 

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

Oregon does not have a state sales tax. Orders shipped from our Oregon location are not charged Oregon sales tax. If sales tax is required by law for orders shipped to another state, it will be calculated and collected at checkout.

 

What shipping options are available?

We offer convenient and affordable shipping options to deliver your favorite candy right to your door.

Available shipping options are shown at checkout and may include:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders of $79 or more

Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders are not shipped on weekends.

We strive to ship orders within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Halloween, and Christmas, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

What happens if my order arrives damaged or something is missing?

We’re happy to help if there is an issue with your order.

If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at 541-265-2075. We may request photos of the package and products to help us review the issue.

After reviewing your claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution.

Please report any missing items within 3 days of delivery so we can investigate and assist you.

 

Where is my order?

Please check your tracking information first. If your package shows as delivered, check around your home, including doorsteps, porches, mail areas, and other safe delivery locations.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders quickly, and most orders are packed and shipped within a few hours of being placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been submitted.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance with your order.

 

What is your return policy?

Due to health and food safety regulations, all edible products, including candy and snacks, are final sale. All edible products are final sale and cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review your claim.

Can you ship candy during the summer?

Some candy products are sensitive to heat. During warmer months, we recommend choosing products that are less likely to be affected by temperature.

Because temperature conditions during shipping are outside of our control, we cannot guarantee the condition of heat-sensitive candy after it leaves our facility.

 

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the candy?

Because candy and food items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, we are unable to provide refunds or credits for products that do not meet personal taste preferences.
