Our retail store is open Monday through Friday from 10am - 7pm and Saturday and Sundays from 10am - 7pm.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
Oregon is a no sales tax state. So our store customers along with our online customers never pay tax.
What shipping options are available?
We try to offer our customers the most efficient and affordable shipping options to get your favorite candy delivered to your door. The following shipping options are available for you at the checkout:
- Ground Advantage - delivery within 2 to 5 business days.
Business days are defined as Monday - Friday. We do not ship orders on weekends. While we strive to have all orders shipped within 48 hours (excluding orders placed on weekends), during peak holiday times such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Halloween, and Christmas.
What do I do if my order arrived damaged or something is missing?
First thing, don’t fret! Second, let us know right away. In the unfortunate event your order arrives damaged give us a call at 541-265-2075. One of our customer service representatives will take some information that is necessary for us to file a damage claim, in addition to asking you to take photos of the package and the damaged items. We will then file a damage claim with the shipping carrier. You will be notified, after the claim was processed, as to whether we will issue a refund or reship your order.
Please note: all damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
All claims of order shortage must be reported within 24 hours of package being delivered. You must contact us within that timeframe so we can review the pulling and packing videos and report our findings. Any shortage claim not made within 24 hours is a void claim.
Where's my order, it hasn't arrived yet?
Please check your USPS tracking information. Then check your door steps or other places it might be.
Can I cancel my order?
In most cases your order gets filled and posted in the first few hours. So if you have the weekend you have a better chance of catching it before it gets processed.
What is your return policy?
For your health and safety, we are unable to accept any returns on food items: this includes candy, snacks, or anything we sell that is edible. The only exception for this is if the item arrived damaged.
If you refuse delivery of an order, or you return an order without contacting us, we reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund or credit.
If your order was returned to us by the shipping company, we will investigate why and make a determination as to whether or not a refund or credit will be issued. If we deem a refund or credit is due, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are never refundable for any reason.
During warmer months, we recommend you do not purchase candy that is subject to melting. We make this clear on our website. We will not refund or exchange any candy that arrives melted during these warm months. We also can’t refund or credit any candy you ordered that you didn’t like.
